The history

Michele Marena's artisan firm was established in 1964 in S. Andrea di Conza (AV) by Michele Marena himself. He inherited his artistic tradition by his father who was a blacksmith.

When he was only 14 he emigrated to South America where he lived for 15 years, then he spent a short period of his life in Spain where he attended to an art and craft school.

In 1964 his firm in Italy was very small but, as the demand of his goods was more and more increasing, he opened a larger and a more modern workshop to supply the demand of his customers.
